Chad has been a licensed realtor for over 14 years.  He has began his career with Coldwell Banker Terrequity (Now Royal Lepage Terrequity) at the Queens Quay location where he still holds an office.  In today’s digital world of mobile computing, emails and video conferencing Chad remains committed to the personal touch and face to face interaction with his clients.  Although Chad embraces technology wholeheartedly he still meets with every client for an initial consultation either in his office or at the client's home.


Chad Started selling downtown condos over a decade ago but has since expanded his business into houses in some of Toronto's finest neighbourhoods.  Chad's main area area of expertise is Central Toronto and West GTA.


As the expert columnist for Metro news Chad's real estate advice column has been followed by literally thousands of readers and his columns in “Canadian Real Estate Magazine” has helped countless investors avoid the pitfalls of real estate investment.


In 2006 Chad joined forces with Lucy Gouveia (now Lucy Bradley).  Together they formed the Bradley Team.  Lucy has a strong background in new condo developments and been involved with some of Toronto’s most recognizable high rise developments including the landmark L-Tower, Maple Leaf Square, London on The Esplanade and many more.

Lucy Bradley, Sales Rep-Associate Manager

Licensed for over 10 years Lucia Bradley started her career with Milborne Real Estate in new construction sales. She has worked on many of the major developments in the city which include but are not limited to Maple Leaf Square, Bohemian Embassy, Victory Condos and L Tower. Lucia’s strong work ethic and her ability to quickly assess and solve problems helped her to gain the confidence of the developers she worked for which allowed her to expand her role into site manager. She has continued to maintain

a good working relationship with the builders in order to provide priority access to the best projects in the city to all her clients.


Now Lucy is with Royal LePage Terrequity Realty and is now helping her clients buy and sell a wide variety of real estate including investment properties.  Lucy’s main area of business is Central Toronto and East GTA.


She has received The Service Excellence Award, an award given for high customer satisfaction, each year since her start with the company along with numerous production awards. Lucy has also assumed the role of Associate Manager with Terrequity where she recruits, mentors and trains new realtors.

Steve Haid, Sales Representative


Steve has been helping clients achieve their investment goals since 2006. As a Real Estate Sales Representative and Professional Financial Planner (PFP), his business approach is direct and successful. He listens to his clients needs and matches them to the right property or assists in selling their current one.
After graduating from The University of Western Ontario with a business degree, Steve moved downtown Toronto to excel in his career. Being a Financial Planner through the financial crisis, using a balanced approached, has taught him to understand what is most important to his clients. Real Estate has always been a significant part of his client's portfolios and Steve is always ecstatic about assisting in this important piece of their investments.
Steve has a condo downtown Toronto in the waterfront community and a cottage in the Kawartha Lakes area. He loves to travel with friends and family and has visited over 30 countries. His passion for adventure and success shows in the commitment he provides to his clients.


Marcela Romero, Sales Representative


Marcela attended Sheridan College, Griffith and Ryerson Universities; where she completed 1 diploma and 2 degrees in human services. She also has 8 year sales, training, and business management experience where she developed a wealth of skills that she uses in her real estate career from day to day.
Having a passion for helping others, Marcela has always been strongly committed to community building concepts with a special interest in education; as well as animal, and environmental initiatives.
